Acrylic Painting

A three hour sessions where i used acrylic and oil pastels. Inspiration comes from a French soldier from WWI.

WIP New painting - Sea

Getting more time to paint on Photoshop so I will now post more regularly new images. Trying to work using shapes, forcing strong contrast and using the abstract do some of the narrative. The boat still needs a lot of rendering and correcting as does the background. I still like the sort of parchment look it has but the sails as well definitely need work. I might do something crazy with them.

Triple Portrait on Beige and Blue Background

Hi all. About an hour of playing around, not quit finished, as I got my pen taken away from me before I could finish it so I will probably add more to it later. This started out as a test for a large scale painting (2m by 1,20m). In the end I pushed it a bit more, all for the best as it gives me even more for the large painting.
