A quick study for the next part of my conceptual journey following the expedition. This is when Mallone decides to go on his own and visit the lake. In the distance he sees a moutain with caves in it finding human life through the fire they made.
It looks very lovely, especially on close inspection. The water reflection and the greenery is brilliant. Though I did notice that the greenery looks inviting, where as the sky looks so bleak and dreary. Interesting contrast~
The sky is very dull, I probably should add a bit more as it does make the reflection on the water too strong when compared to the lack of light coming from the sky.
